RETURNS

We accept returns on unused, unopened products only. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the outer packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal has been broken.

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

RETURN SHIPPING

Returns must be sent via Royal Mail and handed over the counter at a Post Office. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email info@iseultlondon.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible, and we will arrange a solution.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
