SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

UK orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 working days. EU orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 working days. As a small business, we carefully prepare each order by hand, so during busy periods processing may take slightly longer. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. 

DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and select countries in Europe (France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain). 

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. EU orders are sent via Asendia. Delivery times are estimated at checkout and are not guaranteed.

DELIVERY COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or events outside our control.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact info@iseultlondon.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will assist you.
